Dynasty Electric, LLC.

Our History

Dynasty Electric was established in 2010. Primarily our previous work has specialized in large multi-family projects (under the name of Grafton Electric, Inc.). Currently to date, we have wired over 2,000 units throughout New England.

We work with the owners, electrical engineers and general contractors in value engineering as partners to help projects fall within their budgets and on schedule.

Our team has experience in assisted living, hotels, luxury condominium, retail renovations, office buildouts and over 4,000 apartments.

Our Commitment to Quality

Each and every employee, from the electrician to the president of the company, provides uncompromising quality and integrity.

The partner approach that is taken from the beginning of the project allows our clients to see our commitment, dependability and efficiency in our trade. Working together allows us to assist our clients with solutions and alternatives in the event a problem might occur.

Customer satisfaction is achieved by our employee's training, expertise, team work and commitment to each project.

Our Merit Shop

What is a Merit Shop? It is a business way of life for our company and its employees. We believe that the true worth of a company is its employees; their safety, health, attitude, skills and productivity.

The Merit Shop philosophy emphasizes a worker's individual effort, ambition and achievement.

Merit Shop employees have unlimited opportunities to improve their careers through a bonus and promotion system that rewards individual and team achievements. It is a system that stresses individual growth and promotion through positive attitudes and hard work.

We have built our business by attracting, educating, training and promoting the best people in our trade so that both they and our company can grow and prosper.

Safety First

People are our most important asset. Their safety is our greatest responsibility.

Dynasty Electric is committed to safety first. Providing a Safety Officer and a written safety program that meets or exceeds OSHA requirements has created a safe environment throughout our jobsites. All of our field personnel have completed the 10 hour OSHA training. Our continual ongoing training for employees provides them with the tools and information needed to create a safe working environment for themselves as well as fellow workers.

Dynasty Electric's site foremen ensure our employees are informed on all applicable safety practices and are provided with and wear all required personal protective equipment for the job. Tool box talks are given weekly to keep safety on the forefront of each employees mind. Safety classes are held for all supervisors and managers. Initial safety training is required for all new team members before they are allowed to start on the job. Our goal is not production and safety. It is production with safety. We consider safety a production tool. Our company is committed to providing employees with:

  • A safe and healthful place to work.
  • Guidance in safe work practices.
  • Safety awareness regarding work habits, attitudes and behavior.
  • Safety tools and equipment with which to perform their work.

Safety and health are a shared responsibility and the joint cooperation of employees and management in observance of our safety policy is vital to prevent accidents which cause personal injuries, property damage and interruption of work.

"Safety First" is not just a concept. It is our top priority!
